The web portal supports 6 distinct user roles — each with a dedicated dashboard and role-specific actions. Plant managers, customer service teams, service engineers, administrators, and management users all access the system through a single, secure login with access rights tailored to their responsibilities.
A cross-platform mobile app (Android & iOS) was built using Ionic to support ASC (Authorized Service Center) and SE (Service Engineer) users in the field. Engineers can register complaints, create job cards, scan serial numbers via OCR, and update service status — all from their mobile devices, even on the go.
The system provides comprehensive job card creation, management, and validation workflows. Vehicle and customer details are automatically fetched by entering the chassis number, eliminating manual data entry errors and speeding up complaint registration at the point of service.
